Responsibility 工作职责：
Be responsible for warehouse and distribution daily job management, work with internal functional departments, external transporters, 3rd party warehouse & co-packers, Nestle regional warehouses & affiliated companies, ensuring people safety, material, finished goods and semi-finished goods on time in and out, transportation safety, quality and timeliness.
负责仓库和物流配送的日常管理工作，协调与内部各职能部门之间、与外部运输商以及第三方仓库之间、与公司地区仓以及相关公司之间的工作，确保人员操作的安全，材料，成品以及半成品的及时入库、出库,物流运输的安全、质量和及时。
Keep optimizing warehouse site management, ensuring reasonable utilization, 5S execution, stock counting accuracy & equipment safe usage.
不断优化仓库现场管理，以保证库位的合理化、5S的正常运行、盘点的准确性、仓库设备的安全使用等
Continue to improve the standard operational procedure as per company’s requirements on warehouse management and distribution, ensuring the smooth daily operation and continuous improvement.
根据公司的仓库管理和物流配送的要求，持续完善该职能的标准操作流程，确保工作的顺利开展和持续改进
- Set targets per company’s requirements on logistics performance and cost, drive improvement initiative to achieve KPIs
根据公司对物流的绩效和成本要求，设定目标并主动找到机会改善点，以达到年度目标
Keep engaging, motivating the team, put the right people in right place, train the reserve talent.
持续投入，激励和管理团队，人尽其才，并进行后备人才的培养
Qualifications required 任职资格：
Bachelor or above, major in logistics or supply chain
本科或以上学历，物流仓储或供应链等相关专业
At least 5-year experiences in logistics or supply chain, 3-year experiences in team management
至少5年物流仓储/供应链经验，至少3年的管理工作经验
CET-4 or above, fluency in both oral & written English is a plus
英语四级或以上，口语及书面英语流利者优先考虑
Proficient in PC operation, experience in SAP is preferred
熟练使用电脑，会使用SAP优先考虑
Strong communication & coordination skills, good initiative and strong adaptability, can work independently and under pressure.
良好的沟通及协调能力，主动性以及适应能力强，能独立工作并能承受工作压力
