1：农场总监Chief Farm Officer
岗位要求：
1、男性，30岁以上，本科或以上学历，农学、土壤学、园林专业优先；Male; above 30 years old; undergraduate or above; major of agriculture, edaphology or architecture will be prior;
2、具备五年以上农业生产相关经验，参与过前期农场规划，有过大型农场管理经验，熟悉生态（有机）农业等实际生产管理操作流程及从种植至加工、包装、储运的整体运营管理。对观光农业、体验式农业等生产方式有一定了解。At least 5 years experience in agricultural production, has participated the earlier stage of farm programming,; has experience in large-scale farm management; be familiar with the whole operations management about practical manufacturing management and operation procedure of ecological (organic) agriculture from planting to processing, packing, storage and transportation. Know something about production mode such as sightseeing agriculture and experiential agriculture
3、了解有机农场蔬菜、瓜果种植技术和品质把控，了解产品认证过程。Know much about the planting technology and quality control of organic farm vegetables, and the procedure of product certification
4、熟悉园林、农业植物种植技术以及植物的养护和病虫害防治的专业知识和操作技能； Familiar with the specialized knowledge and the operating skill of how to cultivate and conserve the agricultural plants and control the pests.
5、熟悉生态农业及退林还耕等政府补贴政策；Familiar with the subsidy policy of ecological agriculture and returning the forestry to grain plots
6、了解国内农业生产行情，熟悉农业现场农民工管理；know much about market quotations of inland agricultural production and management of agricultural peasant-workers
7、具备较强的较强的团队意识、领导能力、沟通能力、协调能力，较强的计划组织能力、分析、解决问题能力，并有良好的服务意识；Being a good team leader and have teamwork spirit, leadership, communication skills, coordinate ability, planning and organizing ability, analyzing and solving problems ability and good service awareness
8、熟悉Office基本办公软件操作。Know how to use office software.

岗位描述job description：
1、负责修订及执行农场战略规划。Responsible for revising and executing farm strategic planning
2、负责日常经营运作相关的制度体系、业务流程，并组织实施到位。Responsible for building and executing the institutional system and business process of day-to-day operations
3、组织制定实施年度农场种植及养殖规划方案、年度发展计划和重大技术措施、指导种植及养殖等农场结构布局的调整，并组织指导解决农场技术性问题。 Responsible for establishing and executing the annual farm planting and breeding program, annual development planning and important technical measures. Adjusting the structural configuration of planting and breeding and solving the technical matters in the farm.
4、与营销中心一起拟定全年生产计划，报公司审批。Responsible for building the Annual production plan with sale center,
5、组织完成拟定每个农作物品种的规划、设计和技术要求，并组织生产。Responsible for setting and carrying out the planning, design and technical requirements for every crop variety
