生产情况直接向中国区生产经理和猪场场长报告。

SUMMARY 职责概述：  In charge of grower pig’s  management, testing activities and selection of breeding pigs负责种猪场的生长猪的饲养管理、性能测定  选种及后备种猪选留
b)  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 基本职责要求：
c) In charge of all daily production activities happened in breeding area. 负责猪场生长猪的日常生产活动
d) Implement control and maintain all Bio-security protocols for the breeding  area of the farm. 负责海波尔的各项生物安全制度在本区内的执行。
e) Responsible for implementing of the required vaccination, medication protocols and checking the effectiveness of these protocols all in cooperation with Farm manager and farm veterinarian.负责执行本区的防疫计划，治疗方案 以及这些计划的执行效果检查。
f) Implement testing program of Hypor 执行海波尔的生长测定猪操作规程
g) Manage the pig flow  in and out of this area负责本区的猪群流动
h) To  take part in  the weekly discussion/meeting/training of staff in production area.  参与组织每周的生产研讨会和培训会。
i) Responsible for the maintenance of production facilities and keep them clean and neat in cooperation with farm manager and production staff. 负责本区内各种设施的维修和良好使用
j) To do the job description of people under him/her.负责场内生产人员的岗位分工。
k) Cooperated with farm manager, to evaluate all staff in production areas performance.  负责所属人员的工作技能评估。
l) Deal with relationship between workers and build a team work. 协调员工间的关系， 建立团队工作。
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 知识与技能要求   
 Experience in all parts of pig production of pig breeding farm. And fully undstanding  of how to manage the grower and testing  works 了解种猪生产的全过程和各环节的工作 十分熟悉生长猪的管理与种猪测定工作。. 
 Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. 具有好的报告编写，语言交流能力，与人交际能力
  It is better to have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine or related field.最好备 动物科学、营养或兽医专业大学本科学历 或至少有3年以上在大的种猪场的工作经历。
 The candidates must good at of  computer using.  求职者需要有好的计算机应用能力
 It is preferred that the candidate can write and speak English fluently.能够用英语书写和口语交流者具有优势
 The candidate should has the ability of leader and good at build a team/do team work 求职者应具备领导才能，善于建立团队并做团队工作。
 The candidate must be very honest， openness and diligency. 求职者必须诚实，开明 勤奋。
 The candidate must love the pig production. 求职者必须热爱养猪事业。
  
WORKING CONDITIONS
The pig farm manger need work and stay at farm nearly 22 days per month.  每月在猪场 工作22天， 8 天休假。
