职位要求
岗位职责:
1.Provide designs for Irrigation projects, including drawing generation and material list preparation. 向客户提供灌溉项目设计方案,包括绘制图纸、材料单的制作。
2.instructions for Toro products installation. 进行产品安装指导。
3.Assist dealers in the introduction of new products to end-users and promote sales. 协助经销商向种植户推荐托罗产品,从技术角度推广促成销售。
4.Assist in the resolution of dealer/customer product problems. 协助经销商/客户解决产品相关问题。
5.Conduct product/application training programs for dealers, growers (or end-users). 对经销商、种植户进行现场产品/设备应用培训。
6.Advise dealers/growers on specific product application and technical information. 向经销商/种植户提供关于特定产品应用与技术信息的建议。
7.Undertakes customer-requirements research and collects potential project/sales opportunities and provide to Marketing Department in responsible areas. 在负责区域进行产品需求调研; 收集潜在项目和销售机会信息并提供给市场部门。
8.Assist to develop and maintain sales channels;maintaining contact with industry stake holders in accordance with call plans and customer requirements. 协助开发与维护负责区域内的销售渠道, 保持与行业人士的联系。
9.Receive training and instruction product knowledge, technical service procedures and related conducted by Tech.command and implement the most up to data Technology of TORO products and service standard可阅读英文技术文件。
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customers, , co-workers, and individuals inside and outside the Company;良好的口头和书面沟通能力,能够与客户、同事等内外部关联方进行有效地沟通;
Willing to travel 80% above of the time. 将有80%的工作时间需要出差。
