KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESITIES·Customer Service: 50%o Purchase order processing and monitoringTo execute purchaseorder that received from internal customers (OPCOS) and to suppliers. Activities includingorder entry, order details verification, progress monitoring.o Facilitate inbound and outbound materials movements o Communication towards all stakeholders to ensure smoothinformation flow with OPCOS, suppliers, LSP, etc.o Documentation (inbound & outbound)o Comply with Nutreco policies and standard procedures atall timeo Other tasks if any.·Assistantto director: 50%o Assistance to director’s workingactivities on daily basiso Office administrative tasks, office costs managementso Make arrangements andreservations to accommodate business agenda for director and visitors o Assist with VISA application,create invitation letters for overseas visitorso Office property and documents managemento Assist with documentation tasks if anyo Othertasks assigned 客户服务助理:50%· O 采购订单处理和监控· 执行内部客户(OPCOS)和供应商的采购订单,包括订单输入、订单明细确认,过程监控等工作。· O 协助物料进出口· O 与利益相关方沟通,确保与营运商、供应商、物流服务供应商等信息流畅通。· O 进出口文件管理· O 遵守Nutreco的政策和标准程序· O 其他工作。总监助理:50%O 协助总监日常工作O 办公室行政工作,办公室成本管理O 配合总监及客户商务议程安排相关会议事宜O 协助签证申请,为海外访客制作邀请函O 办公室及文件管理O 协助处理文件O 其他工作EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES·Collegedegree or equivalent·Fluent inEnglish, especially reading and writing.·At least 3years working experience in a customer service position from foreign tradeand/or international logistics industry·At least 3years working experience in a management secretary or admin. assistant position·A minimumof 3 years working experience with western companies ·Familiar with office administrative tasks·Knowledge/experience in order monitoringand/or freight logistics is preferred·Goodcommand of computer skills: Microsoft office is a must, knowledge of ERP systemis a plus·Teamplayer, accurate, detail and proactive oriented.·Good incommunication and good sense in responsibilities.O 本科或同等学历O 英语流利,尤其是阅读和写作。O 3年以上外贸或国际物流行业客户服务工作经验。O 至少3年管理秘书或行政工作经验。O 至少3年外企工作经验。O 熟悉办公室行政工作。O 有订单监控和/或货运物流方面的知识/经验者优先。O 良好的计算机操作能力:必须使用Microsoftoffice办公软件,熟悉ERP系统尤佳。O 具有团队合作精神,准确,细致,积极主动。
