Location: Yulin Shaanxi (陕西榆林)
Responsibilities:
In charge of maize seed production (fertilizing, irrigating, harvest and field management etc) to provide F1 seeds for breeding research and basic seeds.
负责玉米种子制种生产（施肥、浇灌、收获及田间管理等）为公司玉米育种研发提供F1代种子及其他玉米自交、杂交种子。


Requirements: 
1. Master’s degree majored in agriculture, agronomy etc； 农学、作物栽培与耕种、植物遗传育种等专业硕士以上学历。
2. At least with 2-3 years experiences in maize field planting and production. 最好有2-3年玉米大田种植、生产经验。
3. Good communication skills both in written and oral Chinese and English.良好的中英文沟通能力，可以与外国专家有效沟通。
4. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.良好的计算机能力。
5. Honest, reliable, a hard field worker. 诚实可信，勤奋的田间工作者。
6. Willing to travel occasionally especially winter in Hainan. 能适应偶尔的出差及冬季在海南工作。
8. Have driving license is a plus. 有驾驶执照优先
*This maize production supervisor will be sent to France for a 6 months ‘training. Candidates must be fluent in English.
