Report: report to biothech project manager  

Location: Shanghai   工作地点：隆平高科上海实验室

LongPing High Tech, Chinese leader on the hybrid rice market is recruiting research assistants for its laboratory based at Shanghai. The successful candidate will be involved in a gene discovery team and will perform gene cloning and vector construction experiments or plant transformation. 

Requirment: 

Bachelor\'s degree at least, majored in agriculture, biotechnology etc.  
More than 2 years experience in plant transformation  
Rice transformation skills are considered as a plus  
Ability to plan design and realize complex projects.  
Good level in English (read and speak) is mandatory  
Use of standard software (World, Excel)  
Be able to improve methods in order to be more efficient.  
Capacities to work in a team-based organization.  
Excellent communication skill is critical. 
工作职责： 

负责植物（水稻）遗传转化研究，探索建立植物大规模遗传转化体系、组织培养体系。 

任职要求： 

1. 生物技术、分子生物学等相关专业本科以上学历。 
2.具有两年以上植物遗传转化研究经验，最好具有水稻遗传转化研究经验。 
3.具有良好的科研能力，能够设计及进行复杂的科研项目，能够不断改进方法提高研发效率。 
4.良好的沟通能力，具备一定的英语口头及书面表达能力。 
5. 具有良好的团队协作精神。 
6. 电脑操作熟练，居住地在上海市或上海周边者优先。
