b)PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES基本职责要求：
c)Inchargeofalldailyproductionactivitieshappenedinbreedingarea.负责猪场生长猪的日常生产活动
d)ImplementcontrolandmaintainallBio-securityprotocolsforthebreedingareaofthefarm.负责海波尔的各项生物安全制度在本区内的执行。
e)Responsibleforimplementingoftherequiredvaccination,medicationprotocolsandcheckingtheeffectivenessoftheseprotocolsallincooperationwithFarmmanagerandfarmveterinarian.负责执行本区的防疫计划，治疗方案以及这些计划的执行效果检查。
f)ImplementtestingprogramofHypor执行海波尔的生长测定猪操作规程
g)Managethepigflowinandoutofthisarea负责本区的猪群流动
h)Totakepartintheweeklydiscussion/meeting/trainingofstaffinproductionarea.参与组织每周的生产研讨会和培训会。
i)Responsibleforthemaintenanceofproductionfacilitiesandkeepthemcleanandneatincooperationwithfarmmanagerandproductionstaff.负责本区内各种设施的维修和良好使用
j)Todothejobdescriptionofpeopleunderhim/her.负责场内生产人员的岗位分工。
k)Cooperatedwithfarmmanager,toevaluateallstaffinproductionareasperformance.负责所属人员的工作技能评估。
l)Dealwithrelationshipbetweenworkersandbuildateamwork.协调员工间的关系，建立团队工作。
KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS知识与技能要求
Experienceinallpartsofpigproductionofpigbreedingfarm.Andfullyundstandingofhowtomanagethegrowerandtestingworks了解种猪生产的全过程和各环节的工作十分熟悉生长猪的管理与种猪测定工作。.
Workrequiresprofessionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.Abilitytocommunicateandinteractwithofficialsatalllevelsofgovernmentandtoworkeffectivelywithawiderangeofconstituenciesinadiversecommunity.具有好的报告编写，语言交流能力，与人交际能力
ItisbettertohaveaBachelor’sdegreeinAnimalScience,Nutrition,VeterinaryMedicineorrelatedfield.最好备动物科学、营养或兽医专业大学本科学历或至少有3年以上在大的种猪场的工作经历。

ItispreferredthatthecandidatecanwriteandspeakEnglishfluently.能够用英语书写和口语交流者具有优势

WORKINGCONDITIONS
Thepigfarmmangerneedworkandstayatfarmnearly22dayspermonth.每月在猪场工作22天，8天休假。
