Coordinatetheseedpreparation,pollinationandharvestforwinterbreedingnurseryprogram.
Collectfielddataofthebreedingnursery,makeanalysisandreport.
Responsibleforgermplasmmaintenanceinfarm.

Duties/Responsibilities
1)Summerbreedingnurserymanagement
Assistanttheresearchscientisttomakenurserydesignandcoordinatetoprepareallthenurseryseeds.
Organizeplantingteamsandrealizethenurseryplantingsinhighquality.
Supervisetheseedlingthinning,densitycontrolandotherfieldmanagementpractices.
Organizeandcoordinatepollinationworks.
Assisttheresearchscientistforfieldselection.
Organizeandcoordinatefornurseryharvest,eardryingandshelling.
2)Winterbreedingnurserymanagement(Shandongprogram)
Assistanttheresearchscientisttomakenurserydesignandcoordinatetoprepareallthenurseryseeds.
Coordinateandrealizethenurseryplantingsinhighquality(ifonsite).
Coordinatepollinationworks.
Assisttheresearchscientistforfieldselection.
Organizeandcoordinatefornurseryharvest,eardryingandshelling(ifonsite).
3)Datacollectionreport
Collectfieldobservationdataforeachpartofthenurserywhennecessary,includingkeygrowthstagedate,lodging,diseases,pestsanddroughtresistantperformances,botanicalandagronomictraitsetc.
Reportthecollecteddatatothescientistorcompanydatabaseintime,makeanalysisofthosedatawhennecessary(especiallywhenthebiasisobvious).
Summarizethenurseryworksafterthecloseoftheseason.
4)Germplasmmaintenance
Maintainalltheharvestmaterialsinasafeconditiontopreventfrombeinglostanddamage.
Keeptheseedsinclearorderandcategories.
Makeclearrecordoftheseedinventoryandmove-in/out.
Updateseedinventorydatabasefromtimetotime.
5)LocalResearchcenterdevelopment
ContributetotheShandongresearchcenterconstructionincludingirrigationsystem,warehouse,etc.
Adoptnewtechnologiestotherelatedworks.
6)Safetymanagement
Cooperatewiththefarmsupervisortoimplementnecessarymeasurestopreventthefarm,warehouse,etcfromallkindsofhiddendangers.
Responsibletostipulatethecompanysafetyroleswhenleadingworkingteamsinoff-farmsites.
Toprotectthecompanyinteriorinformationandgermplasm.

Educationalqualifications
MasterDegreeonplantgeneticandbreedingpreferablyincornbreeding.

Atleast2yearsinworkingexperienceinplantbreedingandagriculturalindustry.
