实施高级产比试验，确定玉米新产品的特征、优势和效益；
·ConductSBStrialstodemonstrateproductadvantage;
实施大田对比试验，展示品种的优势；
·Providetrainingtosalesforce,dealersandfarmersforproductrecognizationandpropercultivation;
培训销售人员、经销商和农民，引导他们了解产品和栽培方法；
·Collectagronomicandcompetitiveinformationtounderstandmarketneed;
收集栽培方法和竞争信息，理解市场需求；
·Answertocustomers’technicalrequest.
回应客户的技术问询。

Requirement
职位要求：
·MasterDegreeorabovedegreewithagriculturalbackground.
农学和相关专业硕士和以上学历。
·Integrity；
诚实正派，言行一致；
·Willingtotravelinruralareaandfeelcomfortablewithworkinginfield;
愿意在农村地区出差，习惯大田工作；
·Strongorganizationandcommunicationskill;
较强的组织管理能力和沟通能力；
