4.Coordinatelogistics,purchasing,H.R.Financeandothersupportfunctions.
5.FacilitatecommunicationbetweenChinaMFGManagementandJVManagementTeams.
6.ProvidetrainingandleadershipfortheJVProductionManagementTeam.

Requirement:
1.MasterdegreeinAgronomyoranAgriculturalrelatedfield.
2.Minimumof5to7yearsofseedproductionmanagementorsimilaragri-businessexperience.
3.Managementexperiencewithsubstantialexperienceinfieldandplantseedproduction.
4.Excellentinterpersonalcommunicationskillsaremust.
5.VeryprficientoralandwritingskillsinEnglisharerequired.
6.Excellentmanagementandleadershipskills.
7.Excellentskillfordataprocessingandanalysis
