1) Graduate in accounting / auditing / financial management major，or work experience in big 4

会计、审计、财务管理等相关专业本科毕业, 有四大工作经验者不受此限

2) Ptactical skills in tranforming from PRC GAAP into IFRS/IAS

具有中国会计准则转换国际财务报告准则的实务经验

3) Good command of English communication in finance

具有良好的财务英语听、说、读、写能力

4) Minimum 3 years accounting experience in manufacture

具有3年以上比较全面的生产型企业会计核算经验

5) Good knowledge of auditing, internal controll, financial management, taxing preferred

熟悉审计、内部控制、财务管理、税法等专业知识者优先考虑

Responsibilities: 工作职责
1) IFRS accounting according to the IFRS standards and corporate policies

根据国际财务报告准则和集团会计政策进行国际财务报告准则下的会计处理
2) Development of accounting policies (in cooperation with headquarter) on the basis of Acron’s corporate standards and IFRS requirements

根据国际财务报告准则和集团会计政策协助集团总部制定国际财务报告准则下的会计政策

3) Communications with headquarter on corporate accounting matters

与集团总部就会计事务进行沟通
4) Preparing the monthly reporting package for the Board of Directors

为公司董事会编制月度报告

5) Production of IFRS quarterly and annual financial reporting statements, disclosures and analysis

编制国际财务报告准则下的季度和年度财务报表以及相关披露和分析

6) Managing external IFRS audit, liaison with the company’s and the Group’s IFRS auditors

负责国际财务报告准则下的外部审计，包括协调公司和会计师事务所的相关工作
7) Managing a team of 2-3 people

管理2-3人的工作团队

8) Review of internal controls in the company concerning compliance to accounting requirements

根据会计处理要求审核公司的内部控制制度
9) Improve financial reporting workflow and systems of the company

完善公司在国际财务报告准则下财务报告的工作流程和制度
10) Monitoring and timely responding to reporting standards changes

跟踪和及时应对国际财务报告准则的变化
11) Ability to act as a trainer for other departments of the company

对公司其他员工进行国际财务报告准则的培训

12) Participating in working out of internal statements and policies

参与集团内部财务报表和制度的设计

13) Preparing certain analyses and reviewing of risky accounting areas

分析和评价公司的会计风险

14) Preparing MD&A & investor presentations
