Job Purpose
Assist breeder in nursery management, planning and effectively conducting experiments; Assist breeder in promoting mechanization and electron; apply new breeding application into breeding activities; Recording and analyzing data; 
 
Duties/Responsibilities
1. Take part in yield trials management
Look for and determine proper lands and cooperators for yield testing to get good trial quality and data quality. 
Arrange training sessions for cooperators. 
Supervise cooperators to monitor the field management quality. 
Supervise planting and harvesting across all the testing locations. 
Collect the data according to company's standard. 
Analyze the data by using company's data process system 
2. Take part in nursery management 
Supervise nursery field management 
Supervise temporary labors' pollination quality, 
Take part in data collection in the nursery field. 
Ensure correct harvesting in nursery field. 
Be required to attend winter nursery activities 
3.  Assist breeder in promoting mechanization in field work. 
Apply more advance machines to field work to increase higher working efficiency. 
Enhance communication with company's worldwide research center in order to obtain and exchange the information of vendor. 
Enhance communication with safety team and account department to ensure the contract to be done immediately in safety manner. 
4. Supervise the performance of Assistants and temporary employees 
Assist in hiring and training the temporary employees to do field job including pollination, irrigation, fertilization and spraying chemical ensure the qualified performance in safe manner. 
Supervise the performance of Assistants. 
Follow company's safety policy. 
5. Apply new breeding technology and applications into breeding activities
Study the new breeding technology and applications; 
Apply the technology into breeding activities; 
 
Educational qualifications
PhD Degree preferably in crop genetics or Agronomy with molecular breeding technology; 
 
Competencies and Experience Desired
2 years in working experience with at least 4 years in breeding and agricultural industry Fluent written English communication skills
Conventional breeding knowledge and technology, and molecular breeding knowledge.

Well-organized with high attention to details
Very good computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good team player and strong sense of professionalism
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Good presentation skill
Strong commitment and intensive passion at work
